@Marko BukvaI'm not entirely clear on the plan and ownership, but there are potentially several different types of tax at play for a transaction like you're discussing - gift taxes, estate tax, income tax, property tax, documentary transfer tax, etc.

Bank Statements are only different in how the income is calculated and used to calculate DTI. 

Also if you are dealing with lower asset classes it will be different then abhigher asset class you are house hacking. 

There is a lot of different software that you can use to get this information without driving around. 

It will give you an entirely different prospective on investing, time management, and economic outpatient care.

Also, if you haven’t already, giving the property a deep clean before showings can make a big difference in first impressions, especially with investor buyers who don’t want to inherit extra work.
