I think a lot of the midwest cities will capitalize on that in the coming years with the housing affordability issues the country as a whole has been having.

If it's rehabbed nicely, then you will no issues finding a tenant.

If income is the issue, there are a handful of lenders that can use 100% of AIrDNA estimates as long as you have short term rental experience. 

I know there are issues with financing manufactured homes, but I have a lot of equity.

It seems there are still issues with the San Antonio project.
