Bastrop appears to be new construction or flips, a bit too pricy.Ya but your dog will love it.. you could go to tri cities  Walla Walla not much snow and world class wines.. the proximetly to British Columbia and northern Idaho and Montana  oh man its awesome

All you can do is council your clients with your opinion but at the end of the day it's their choice on what to do.A lot of this has to do with volume.

Not being a lawyer myself, I fail to see why you press the need for legal council.

@Raj Kumargo the council route first you will prob have better luck going friendly than hostile but if that doesn't work reach out and I can talk in depth about our experiences. 

But I found out through the city council that they do not always allow mobile homes in the city anymore.
