My home has 2 private streets, one that leads to my driveway and the other that goes up the side of my property that I park some of my vehicles (because you can never have too many vehicles) and is an easement to other properties.  

A larger storage building (10X 12 tall barn style) is in the easement and I was told they would move it and move it back, at their cost.The access to the two rear units will be obstructed and damaged by the heavy equipment and the tenants will be upset and don't have another place to park their 4 cars.

For those with the $ to deploy and park funds, I wouldn't waste time with housing and it's myriad of headaches, I'd go for the land. 

A Hotel is totally different, as is a RV park or camp resort.

I have been looking at 3-4 unit properties and stumbled upon a property located in Columbus Park.

We give the tenant one chance to communicate about things like messy yards or parking on the grass.

Of these properties do they have parking and how close to public transportation are they? 

Look into neighborhoods like Clark Fulton, Jefferson, West Park and Boulevard, Brooklyn Center, Old Brooklyn, and Newburgh Heights. 

We also have some mobile home parks that we are selling and we have some luxury short term rentals.

And if anyone knows has experience with Rise Capital Group or Sunrise (now offering mobile home park/parking lots).
