It could rent for ~1600-1700/mo imho based on what i see in the area.PITI of recent house purchase is almost double that of condo -- hence anxiety of knowing what to do and acting accordinglyrenting is an ok option with me -- just need to understand the tax consequences if condo is rented for a year and then sold. will make a few improvements i have in mind and then put it back on the market at 375.thanks-B
