CA's Secretary of State forms list the name and address of either a manager or member, so unless you're hiring a third party to serve as manager of your LLC, anonymity is very hard to achieve once filing publicly in CA.As to the probate part, you're right that going through a court probate is a huge hassle, including being expensive and time consuming.

The letters and post cards are coming to my personal address but they don’t mention the property in question.

Not sure about Georgia, but in Washington we have a revised code that addresses this.

And it says, "This one was bold and provided me with address."  

If you can share the address it could answer some questions.

Yet somehow I did not have the lady taking the packages on camera (maybe she did not and it was weird set of circumstances with packages delivered to the wrong address).   

It drives me nuts when everyone quotes a five-page post just to address one sentence, then the next person quotes both, then the next person quotes all three, etc.
