There are some contractors who might be very cheap (generally pseudo GC, they know how to do everything and with a helper or two will do every stage of your renovation) but you will have nightmares getting done on time, and generally get sloppy cheap looking workmanship.

You need to verify this as well.If someone has a 'helper' on your property (and no WC) and they fall and injure themselves, then you will get sued for damages.

I've looked at their system and thought info was fairly accurate and easy to create post card mailings and potentially skip trace as needed.The owner/founder seems caring to me.One thing about Deal Machine is that you can farm out work to helpers/assistants if I remember right and that seemed fairly easy and can increase your leverage.Propstream probably similar, just couldn't think of the name with my previous response.You probably could get some kind of trail period if you talk to them directly would be my guess.
