To come on here and ask is just like going to the casino and letting all ride on black or red.

With any chump change left over I’d go to a casino and do some sports betting or poker or table games but those fun investments aren’t really investments now are they. :)Or I’d go To the beach for two weeks and stay at a nice hotel.

If I give you money, what is to stop you from taking off and living the good life in the Bahamas or gambling it away at your favorite casino? 

Cash flowing $200 in an area that is continually on the rise since the new Hard Rock Casino Resort will be opening in a few months approx. 7 miles down the street.

The area is steadily increasing with the new signing of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and many new distribution centers coming to the area. 

(Disclaimer: I worked for them a few years back)There are a bunch of new student housing buildings going up already in Davie and Cooper City along University Avenue to support University of Florida and the entire Nova campus, but I believe there is still opportunity due to the popularity of our destination as well as for people moving to take jobs at the new Hard Rock Casino and Hotel.

Upon doing some digging of the town I found lakeport is a tourist destination with the lake, resorts and casinos projected flat economic growth over the coming years, a population that has decreased a hair but remained relatively flat, the crime rate index is well over national average and has increased over the past 10 years even with increased spending for public safety.

If you do not have time to do the basic research, you are playing roulette pure and simple (but not getting free drinks as you would in a casino)

Therefore, although the gambler may win in the short term, if they play long enough they'll always go bust.Is the casino (house) gambling or investing?

I have also thought about looking in CT at a beach front property that is near the Casinos to hopefully get more year round potential.
