@Tom Horan It looks like @Bill S. covered things pretty well above.It is kind of ironic how many landlords, particularly older ones, are adverse to doing 'owner financing' or similar when it can *maybe* solve some of their problems.

Ironically, we didn't buy this SFH with investing in mind, it has just worked out in our favor.As I have been coming to terms with selling being a very viable option, I have reminded myself that though we are holding it, and it does cash flow, it doesn't necessarily fit our 'model'I have spoken with my realtor and we are meeting on Friday to build a strategy and get it listed.Trying to 'lean in' to this one and stay focused on our 'why'

There's a theory that the bronze age collapse several thousand years ago was caused by using something useful (bronze) as currency for a long time, and that thing that was the basis for currency suddenly being less useful (iron invented), leading to all the stores of wealth (bronze, or currency backed by bronze) plummeting in value, and a downward spiral from there.
