(If you go that route we have worked with a couple of good builders and can share the contact info) That said, there are other locations where you can get a 4-bedroom villa for less or a similar price point.For example, the Tulum National Archeological Park is a project that just got announced (Parque del Jaguar) is a federal park with 1,000 federal protected hectares (2471.05 acres) (just to give you an idea Central Park in NYC is only 843 acres), it will have jogging and bike trails with views to the Caribbean, ancient Mayan ruins, 7 new beach accesses, a pier for boats in front of the lighthouse of the park, plant nurseries, viewpoints, butterfly farms, and cenotes.

I have a question about buying property in the Caribbean.

I am interested in buying a beachfront condo in the Caribbean to use as a Vacation property/ Short term rental. 

These include the Stowe Winter Carnival, Stowe Arts Festival and the Stowe Mountain Film Festival.

St Lawrence Gap has great sand and restaurants but I'm not sure how the numbers would pencil out because beachfront hotels are relatively reasonable there (by Caribbean standards).  

My furnished SFH in Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean is currently rented and doing well.Once the tenants move out I would like to place MTR and not LTR for a higher rent.

One day I ditched a class, entered and won the Hairiest Chest Competition on the Carnival Miracle.

I would not say that I am wealthy , but with the disposable income I do have, I made 100k shorting the cruise lines , specifically Royal Caribbean  .

I know when I wanted to sell a peoperty here and invest in one in the Caribbean islands  (that I could also use a few weeks) the answer was “No” unless I purchased in USVI.
