Now I tend to delete or send to junk most of my notifications.I am all for making people feel welcome, but am very busy and subscribe to BP to learn things and share my learning.  

Well I don't subscribe to that theory. 

I called the leads for around an hour a day for the 6 months that I subscribed to the website.

How can you so drastically change your tools to subscribers who paid for what you had before?

I did subscribe to AirDNA so I could get.

I can see some pros/cons about making the jump, so I just haven't really tried yet.I have been a subscriber of Loopnet in the past and really wasn't impressed by most of the listings.
