PS – I don't own a sports car, and never have so you've failed in your attempt to make me some cheesy guru.You've conveniently ignored this long explanation from someone who is litigating with NREIG/Affinity Group Management and/or it's affiliate.  

Yes, you can buy units in Memphis for $5k per door and I know how tempting that looks for a California investor, but it's a contact sport and you need to be physically present to do a project like this.  

It becomes more of a team sport, but once you have your team in place, it works great.

I personally love living in a big urban area and enjoying all of the attributes of it(walkability, mass transit, culture, diversity, incredible restaurant and nightlife options, architecture, pro sports, entertainment), but I realize that's not for everyone.

Kids use them to connect their game consoles, family movie time, sports events, etc. 

Would you listen to kids on a sports team whine about having to do the same work as the kids who are excelling, yet then whining because it's not fair that they don't win the medal?

It's like putting your kids in group sports. 

We've got great restaurants, sports, water views, and it's much more affordable than living in neighboring cities like DC.
