Honestly I didn’t want to sound like an idiot but obviously that ship has sailed.

Fedex has their corporation centralized in Tennessee, however, they still ship packages in Maine. 

They just cancelled the cruise ships again this year and you can speculate as easily as I can about how the oil industry will fare under the new administration or how oil prices will holdup through another year of lower (global) demand.  

We rent the basement apartment for $1,000 a month.Long story short - we're not planning to jump ship on our careers right away.

You'd have Belizean employees, salespeople to market your teak, all the costs and regulations of shipping agricultural product internationally.

Those ships are very hard to turn around.I like businesses where there is a burning need to sell such as partnership split, death, health reasons, inherited family doesn't want it, retirement, other businesses need their attention where the capital outlay is greater and they are not doing well etc.I like the business to be open for decades and have strong profit.

I know there might be some Technicalities to getting owner ship of the home depending on the states and laws?

I flew out to NY to look at it, bought it and had it shipped back to Colorado.

It's ugly but best to take action immediately and try to right the ship.  

I run a pretty tight ship and I let the tenants know the good tenant is the one following the contract.
