I don't have any idea of what I should be looking at to predict the market, though it looks like the gobbling up of foreclosures is the movement towards the equilibrium, and inflows into the system, clearing up a lot of the bad debt.

In a case like that, I'd say they weren't on board with the movement to start with.However, I have a PASSION for real estate and a burning desire to build an empire of properties and I would still plow my money into real estate even if other alternatives offered better returns in the near term.

So you have these folks with 760 FICO scores who are perfectly happy to ignore the orders of a judge, or who are perpetually unable to pay their entirely predictable income taxes year after year after year & have to continually make payment arrangements because their payment is always late.
