Seems more expensive than industry standard at the moment in all honesty. 

A contractor walking through the property on Facetime is a great idea, but not all contractors have the same level of experience and honesty.

I enter everything into quick books at the end of the year and analyze but to be honest I barely look at the monthly statements.

@Jared W Smith in all honesty if I created the scope of work I’m afraid I’d miss hundreds of things.

I use direct mail to acquire property to BRRRR, and in all honesty just haven't yet found a deal that makes sense for me.

We should talk, to be honest, I still struggling to wrap my head around your version of Turnkey, who owns what, transactions needed and when, what if the tenant does not do the maintenance, etc, title issues, timing, etc.
