Goals:I would like to get my first rental by the end of the year ( probably a 2-4 unit primary residence where I can rent out the other units).Long term I would like to work on rehabs for flipping and eventually long term rentals to round out my early retirement portfolio.Hobbies:I love running, martial arts, and almost anything outdoors.

My real passion is sustainability - everything from recycling/resource management to energy efficient building design to just getting out and being in the great outdoors! 

Young, educated people will start off wanting the urban, big city lifestyle, but once they have kids, I think they will migrate to places that are safe and have great weather and outdoor activities.

Honestly, I think Amazon should pick a place like Denver (Due to its outdoor activities like hiking, skiing etc that's very attractive for young professionals) or the northeast like Boston with its rich history and good public transportation system. 

One guy I can remember called in like I mentioned and went out door knocking NOD leads.
