Hi BP,I've had a short sale under contract pending bank approval for 8 months now only to get an email from the sellers agent this morning saying that the seller is frustrated with the wait and just wants to walk away and take a foreclosure as they have already moved out and their credit shot (not sure how).I am very disappointed and wondering if their is anything I can do to still make this sale happen.

For example during their management I have received 2 warning letters from city.First for overgrown grass and second they left the trash after cleaning one unit several days prior to trash pickup day.Basically they do not do proper management but charge me sign in fee and management fee.I’m very disappointed because of that management they do and have filling like it was robbery rather than management.Sorry Nia I cannot send PM to you yet, sins I’m too new to this forum.Thanks.
