I'm not sure how large you're looking to scale up but this would be a minimal crunch to your longer term asset growth offset by a larger and more reliable annual ROI - and I imagine you could easily replace that 10-15% with a well timed "replacement" purchase every time you do have a sale go through.Lots of options.
