Because it was a nicer, more affluent area there was much less crime, and many times, we as citizens had to worry far more about traffic tickets as opposed to getting robbed at gunpoint, or my car our home broken into.

I'm going to be 31 next month.Here is my life in a nut shell:Middle School: Self employed "Strawberry Picker", woke up early every morning, had my mother drop me at the berry patch picked quart after quart of berries, took them home, washed them, and then sold them to the Senior Citizens in old age homes.

I guess the thinking is that the parents of young kids are more likely to sell their property than any other citizen, thus the narrow targeting.
