Because it was a nicer, more affluent area there was much less crime, and many times, we as citizens had to worry far more about traffic tickets as opposed to getting robbed at gunpoint, or my car our home broken into.

I have hope that the US will NOT abandon Puerto Rico and it's US citizens and that it will be a better Puerto Rico that what it is right now, that's why I'm investing. 

We can live healthy, are good citizens even be admired and looked up to as a role model and our time will come out of no where.

Be aware that around Denver the CAUSS (Citizens Against Ugly Street Spam) group is quite active.

I'm going to be 31 next month.Here is my life in a nut shell:Middle School: Self employed "Strawberry Picker", woke up early every morning, had my mother drop me at the berry patch picked quart after quart of berries, took them home, washed them, and then sold them to the Senior Citizens in old age homes.

These laborers may have been citizens, legal residents... or not.

I guess the thinking is that the parents of young kids are more likely to sell their property than any other citizen, thus the narrow targeting.

I've taken the VIP tour at First American Title's US Headquarters and I'm telling you it's impressive.For us citizens, we can research independently by driving to the local county recorder's office and getting help from a clerk on how to use their database.

In Travis county I can imagine you may come across the occasional condo bought by a foreign citizen for their kid.  

Presently, my 89 yr old Aunt is still residing in the house, but we are working diligently to get her into a senior citizens place where she would be comfortable.
