That is supported by the billions being invested into infrastructure, new buildings, etc.

Today I’d say he’s worth half a billion dollars and can often be seen interviewed on CNBC.

For 14 years i have been interesting in real estate investing but did not know where or how to begin, So i took the corporate route and worked for a multi billion dollar corporation as a district manager thinking everything was fine until i was laid off with a realignment late last year.

The Yellowstone Club is pumping a billion dollars into new development and infrastructure (over the next 10 years) up towards Big Sky which is pulling a lot of local labor up that way. 

The price tag to extend this act is about $2.7 billion and they want to know ‘Who is going to pay for it?’

Now this is generally a futile game against traditional lenders: 99% of the population cannot really "hurt" lenders that have millions, billions, and even trillions in assets.

It looks like the Madoff scheme, although huge, was just the tip of the iceberg.
