It depends on how the interest is accrued assuming your loan doesn't recast every time the balance goes down.Out of curiosity, if you have $120K/year of extra income, why not put that towards an asset that gives you a higher return on your cash than the loan?

To date Tony has only re-paid a portion of the investment and, although interest continues to accrue (according to Tony and as stated in the note), no interest has been paid.
