Maybe I"m greedy, but I need more of a spread than that to sleep well.Sure, some areas near the downtown and SW Atlanta or Macon you can find plenty of junk houses for cheap...but be ready for the headaches with tenants and repairs.

IF you invest in the right deal.I try to follow Warren Buffet's philosophy "Be fearful with others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful"...Now is clearly a time when others are fearful...I am an active buyer here in Chicago just being more mindful of the deals we choose to invest in.
