I have done searching in the past via census data, bureau of labor statistics, and national association of realtors data.

However, you can benefit  you’re comfortable and willing to work directly with the building department, bureau of engineering, etc. 

In this event it will show up on your personal credit bureau & impact your personal borrowing.
