Alright BP Nation, here's Week #25 Business Update:The Good1) Marketing, Sales & ClosingWe closed three deals this week (Wed, Thurs and Fri).

Last one I sold we listed on Wed, by Friday had 3 cash buyers, no inspections, no appraisals, no contingencies, all offers over asking, one with a beat anybody else's price up to $X.  

Also,  i have only spoke to one real estate agent, and wondering if u should speak to multiple, or find other venues to also look, or if this would be in bad taste.

A Forum post is too small a venue to provide entrepreneurial education, but I can recommend this:First, rid yourself of the mindset which cuts corners to avoid spending.

Add to that all the amusement parks, zoos, ocean, sports teams and venues, shopping, etc. and it's probably one of the top destinations for vacation getaways, as it's a very well rounded draw. 

I didn't raise as much from that venue as I have via BP, at a fraction of the cost.  

In that case maybe better for someone else to find the venue who is more familiar with these events and has attend one in the past
