If you don't know your score, they offer you a credit pull and typically use the outdated CoreLogic feeds or their own proprietary systems.Basically, banks have poorly trained customer service that prevents them from making loans.

phil, not sure if that listing still exists (since realtor.com is very, very often outdated and i dont want to check other sites to verify), but you are correct. there are houses that are either in clarensville school district, or dont have garages, or are too small, BUT all are under 50k.thanks for pointing it out.

Any place pulling a grand plus in rent to me seems it should look pretty decent, even if it's out dated the material and trim should fit well, carpet stretched and areas around stairs should fit well.

Two weeks pass (almost end of September now) and she gets back to me to tell me that they could not assist her because she did not get the lease on time… Sooo, I tell her that I could extend the move out date to 10/15/2010 (her appointment was for 10/7/2010).
