I don't disagree that's the correct way to do it, I merely pointed this out as sort of a psychological trap that's easy to fall into.  

The 70% rule is merely a rule of thumb.

It is not merely "risk money" although working primarily with new investors and funding with no down payment and extending funds to those with bad credit does entail more risk and this does help defray part of that.

In a mere five years the first class will have withdrawn 20%, second class 16%, third class 12%, etc. 

A consumer has to be a "natural person" which eliminates LLC's and other entities, except for trusts that are family trusts or merely a legal extension of a consumer's person that primarily functions in the same manner as the consumer.2) It applies to extensions of credit for CONSUMER purposes.

As for the REEP section of the bill (Section 202), it merely says that you can't qualify for public funds without meeting certain labeling requirements.

More patience in buying only great deals, rather than feeling urgency and merely getting "good" deals.

That being said, my experience with private auctions is that unless the auction is absolute, i.e. no reserve price, it is of no benefit to the buyer, as winning the bid merely gives you the opportunity to negotiate with the seller unless you have already offered more than the seller's minimum sales price. all of which can be accomplished by negotiating with the seller without the auction bidding process.

Having said that, I need to clarify that I was not trying to turn this into a debate on immigration but merely pointing out that the California Republicans lost the Latino vote by fighting this battle and the party runs the risk of doing the same thing in other states that have a high Latino population.
