I have just sent you a DM with my email.I would be immensely grateful if you could forward me the paperwork for assignment/purchase(s) as all I have been able to find online have an exclusion clause, preventing the assignment of the contract, which is of course exactly the opposite of what I need from the agreement.

I have  nothing to benchmark the process, costs and pricing of things against so if anyone is willing to share a model breaking out soft and hard costs associated with a project like this, I would be forever grateful and in debt to you.- Justin

I will definitely look into the CAA and the attorney hotline you mentioned.I'm grateful for you all since it seems there are a lot of tenant resources online, but very few landlord resources in my location.And yes, I will let you know how this turns out.
