It occured to me yesterday that I had not heard from Airbnb since they announced their "relief" program for Hosts, so I took to social media to search for information.

I've heard more than one person equate it to drinking from a fire hose.We are working on a solution to this issue, and when we have it, you can be sure we'll make a huge announcement.

Holland Partners just announced another 800 units to be built - one would think that concessions will naturally have to start occurring and rents will not be able to keep rising as quickly as they are.
