No dealer brain drain..

I would watch them leave, while we were calling for our partners to bring more transport to the site.We were volume dealers and could sell just about anything.

My business now is pretty much all hard money lending but we sell the paper through our FINRA broker/dealer in 60-90 days.

I've been in the Factory built housing industry as a California general & manufactured home contractor, manufactured home dealer & developer, California real estate broker, property manager and investor for the past 50 years in one capacity.I a currently negotiating the exclusive distributorship on a line of Prefab Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) aka granny flats, Tiny Homes, etc.

Would a Dealer be able to tell me if certain areas of the park are too tight to be able to install a new 70' home?

Well the motive was one of my high school buddies families owned the Chevy dealership in town and I saw the new 1956 Corvette touring the dealers to give them a preview before release, and I wanted one.We started by picking one lead source and then when we got that down pat we would add another.

@Anna Watkins , the problem with keeping the same people in Pittsburgh - which they're working hard on right now - is that those same people were part of the decline, by not acting or standing up to drug dealers or pimps or gangs, until they're in control of the neighborhood.
