They speak great English because they are born and raised here they know the industry say all the right things.. their main target is the dreamers like Ingrid Robinson was/is.. she was in the health field and decided to do a big development up at Clear Lake CA.. which is where i cut my teeth selling RE back in the 70s and my dad in the 60s .. so when i saw that and the property she wanted to develop there on American greed I was stunned.

Greed is a blinder & no I would not.

We don't have a corner office in Wall Street like a lot of traders.

A very tiny possibility is that they are just greedy. 

But at the same time don't be too greedy in what you offer.

Investors need not be greedy, greed does nothing but hinder their success.

I got lucky with my first purchase and don't want to get greedy.  

Do you see John Madden  much at the Trader Joes ?

Maybe we have a shortage of section 8 housing around here, I'm not sure, but I find as long as you don't get greedy and keep your rentals maintained right.....

'Be a big fish in a small pond', or 'be greedy where others are fearful' and all that.
