There are, however, statutory provisions that allow for the voiding of leases (in most states) where there is some allegation of domestic abuse/assault/cruelty.  

February we started with the eviction process since she didn't move nor pay febs rent. fast forward to end of march.my in-laws came back from Florida and they were staying with us. there was an issue with the some rotten food of hers in the fridge that was thrown out and she decided it would be OK to start thrashing the place throwing things and finally assaulting my mother in law. the cops was called and she got charged with elderly abuse and spent 2 nights in jail.my mother in law was able to get a restraining order against her for a year and she is not allowed into the house because that is where my mother inlaw is staying. her belongings are still there.we went to court this past Tuesday for the eviction and the judge was not there. while speaking with the mediator, she is alleging that she cant find a place and wants 60 days in order to find something. my lawyer said "what makes you think you can live there when, you never paid, you assaulted someone living there and you still have not found a place to live?'

He lived there for a year and never notified you of this alleged issue until he was facing eviction, and now he's trying to throw some crap against the wall and hope something sticks.

After going around the world with them asking them to send a pic of the alleged broken valve and the water everywhere they tell me there is nothing to take a picture of again.

It's not a perpective into someone's personality and it defines nothing about their character: imagine you get pulled over at 730am and blow an (alleged by cop) .08 you go to jail, you lose your licensein 18 months you get the case dropped because it was nonsense in the first place. you have an 800 beacon, cash in the bank, well paying job, and a few rental properties.

You will not be sued if you do not own the premises where the incident allegedly occurred, and the corporation will not be sued so that the asset can be taken, along with the debt against it, liquidated and end up with $7.  

My lawyer tried to come to an agreement with her before the hearing, but she wouldn't budge on her allegations.

I'd rather miss out on that $100 and not have to deal with the FBI over an alleged drug ring scandal, nor (which would likely be more common), haggle with the tenant over $5 that exceeded his $200 utility spending limit.You could say "$5 isn't worth arguing over", but understand that once you set expectations, you need to enforce them consistently or people in general will take advantage.It's really up to you though.
