There was a motion hearing on the foreclosure suit that the sellers didn't attend on 4/3, and judgment of foreclosure was issued on 4/17.  

You also need enough storage on the NVR to hold minimum of two weeks CONTINUOUS recording of all/most of the cameras (motion activated only cameras tent to miss a lot of critical views).

In my experience many people do what I would call uniformed analysis, in that they often don't know what they should be analyzing so they miss inputting critical information into their thinking, strategy, and number crunching.

@Jarrod Weaver Unfortunately for me in-person is just impossible, I am constantly in motion between 3 different cities and can't determine in advance when I'll be where.

But guess what .. it is sad that people would burn not me burn good thing about it all is that law and order tough to me keep a paper trail I payed check every time..... so u think I can’t due a motion to the court I mean I know it was droped  to show I paid and the paper that show that I left because he was not renewing a year later

Once I gave the 30 day notice I would file a motion and get a court date which is typically two weeks from the date that you apply.

Same for buy and hold - one thing to say you can find a deal that cash flows $500 and manage it perfectly, yet another to execute.Pick a strategy (or two or three) - and go start running through the motions over the next few days.

Not even after they fled to another part of the state, and we were finally able to evict to regain possession of the unit (after they'd driven out every other family in the building).We have had uniformly TERRIBLE results with anyone who came with the assistance of an agency, other than just straight section 8. 

No uniformity in color or landscaping, etc.
