And is there something I can do with this property to get the issues that need to be dealt with and hand it over to the tenant (is a handyman) and waiting to move in, but now he threatens that he will lock it up etc...He doesn't even want to send me a list identifying the issues that need to be fixed (he said something like I don"t give out punch cards) just close it up and get a Licensed contractor in...I just redid the plumbing and treated any mold issues painted etc...really don"t understand what the big issue is...
