The owner of Oceanpointe, Bert Whalen, left me a voicemail and threatened to kill me because I did turn him in to the AG and they permanently revoked his license.

I came in with the word 'eviction' during our chat however wasn't even sure I was in the right to threaten that.

And is there something I can do with this property to get the issues that need to be dealt with and hand it over to the tenant (is a handyman) and waiting to move in, but now he threatens that he will lock it up etc...He doesn't even want to send me a list identifying the issues that need to be fixed (he said something like I don"t give out punch cards)  just close it up and get a Licensed contractor in...I just redid the plumbing and treated any mold issues painted etc...really don"t understand what the big issue is...

He tells me that listing agents are being threatened by selling agents along the lines of "you better present my client's contract or there will be a report to the Board of Realtors", etc.

I called them and threatened to close my account.

If banks are threatened by delinquencies, they see risk of losing money, and lack of effort by operators to restore profitability, they would rather take back property and sell it themselves instead of watch the value sink even more.

Count on having to get the crayons out and connect the dots for them with clear, threatening but nice language in your request.

The best thing is to either run away from the house and never look back, or spend the money to have a professional take care of it.So in short to answer your question: Any type of mold is potentially life threatening, and it can damage the wood.

You can't force people to be aware and those that are aware will move if they get scared, feel threatened, or don't share awareness with their neighbors.

I would say that it is very rare to have a tenant threaten to sue and then actually do it.
