I'd like to shed some more light on the payment process because it can be confusing and riddled with regulations:First, both credit card and ACH transactions can be disputed and reversed by a tenant's bank.

I've found having a washer/dryer allows me to charge more rent and makes the unit a lot more desirable...which attracts a better class of tenants.I also have a big backyard and put in a large shed for my tenants.

Would love to connect if you are willing to shed some light on the matter.

Since a 10% down payment is obviously the key to unlocking the full potential of investing in STR's and scaling the business, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on how they were able to execute on those loans. 

The roof will need to be replaced within five years, but we've budgeted enough for capex and general repair that it shouldn't be a problem.An interesting thing with this property is that it has two storage sheds on the land that the previous landlord rented out separately (not necessarily to the tenants).
