All landlords need to quickly develop a robust Cash-for-Keys process!

Their resume is impressive including a luxury flip in Charleston that sold for over 7 million dollars!

I’ll spend some time calling and verifying the info about their job and previous landlord but that’s itWhen you apply for a job, does the company put together your resume for you?

@Lex NunezJust a thought but you might consider picking the CRM you want to use long term even though it sounds like you really don't need a robust solution at this time.The reason I say that is b/c if you are planning to scale up you are going to have to learn the new software anyway.  

I am convinced you wont find anything as robust yet as intuitive to use.

The Sage program is definitely robust but I would think overkill for most investors.

My portfolio is not robust enough to soak that.

I need to build a diverse and robust cash buyers list so that I can finally close on my first deal.

Its fairly robust and free for a single unit. 

I know there’s so much discussion about purchasing in lively busy growing areas that I feel conditioned to not consider markets that aren’t as robust.
