You nicely bug the owner, the owner starts bugging the PM, and eventually the tenant will be gone.But, I think I might go on the offense as far as calling the cops if the tenant is coming onto the property and being vocal.

So, instead of looking for problems, they overlook them.This is why I learned not to bother showing an apartment until it was move-in ready, too.You can't paint to suit everyone's tastes, but you can paint a color that's not offensive to anyone. 

Nathan, I have to take offense at your suggestion that possibly some landlords  "don't run a tight ship and Tenants are taking advantage of the situation?" 

In this instance, I want to know if the fact that they withheld a legal notice from CE to the Landlord would constitute an egregious enough offense to be able to evict.  

I just find that inference extremely offensive. 

It is an intricate, advanced strategy (such as taking over a property “subject to,” or doing apartment syndications) that should be done correctly in order to profit the most and stay out of legal trouble.I hope what I have written was not offensive.
