I ended up calling the EC and asking them to revoke the invoice.

You can download a template for a business invoice in Word, change the title to "Security Deposit Accounting" and add your business address.

We solve both issues by keeping the utilities in our name and then invoicing the tenant as bills are received. 

The latter, you have to be sure to have good records such as invoices of what would be considered a one time expense.

With Paypal if you send them a Paypal invoice then you will be charged 2.75% of the transaction.

But I got invoiced for $525 for cleaning and an additional $116 for supplies via the management, plus a 15% management fee(agreed upon in advance). 

Are all my invoices uploaded to my owner portal?
