I am looking for some recommendations for a great carpet cleaning company, and house cleaning company.Looking for a deep clean in the bathrooms, kitchen, all appliances, hard wood/tile floors, baseboard, doors, and walls.The carpet is pretty stained so the best of the best is what is needed.Suggestions???

Older house (1904) with Hardwood floors, original woodwork, French doors to Sunrooms on front of each, flaking paint on outside would need new siding or scrape/paint within a few years.

I just put them in at my home because I made custom hardwood cabinets and didn't yet have the money to do the counters, so for a couple hundred bucks did the laminate counters.

Also think capex, its cheaper to update a unit that has laminate or quartz counters and LVP flooring versus a unit that marble counter tops and custom hardwoods, so you need to budget more.

Some companies also have standardized systems in place and will automatically make renovations such as changing carpet to hardwood or a standard paint color which in the end cuts down on rent ready repairs and turn around time if the property should become vacant.

I just sold a 1850 house that had new 200 amp service, new gas furnace, new gas hot water heater, new kitchen gutted to the studs, 2.5 baths, newly refinished hardwood floors and other updates.From the outside it looked the same as it did before the rehab.We've had other houses, one of which Civil War Soldiers marched by, and old is not necessarily bad.

He has rehabbed it and it is now totally redone...fresh paint, new kitchen, refreshed hardwoods, new linoleum in the kitchen, new heating/cooling sytem.
