I agree Brian I think wholesaling is what I need to concentrate on so I can do it in any condition.

Concentrate on learning and networking (aka meeting people).  

Some don't loan for condos that have a lot of investors concentration !!

Buying properties at market value can still be a profitable deal, but generally, you really need to concentrate on even better prices for more profits.

@Kevin Keene I would just concentrate on recent comps to estimate ARV.I am still very much learning myself... figuring out the mentality and steps, but still working on taking as much action as I should.  

Having gotten any roof quotes as yet, concentrating on nailing the inner rehab for floors 1 and 2.

You could further refine the non compete clause to within a certain distance of their major concentration of effort.

If the attorney does not concentrate on real estate they will slow down if not screw up your deal.
