this is a Morris house post rehab  :)  maybe not quite as bad but not much better either  .... not to make light of our investor predicament here.. but hopefully she gets some idea what to do going forward. 

Note that these rents may not seem very high to some folks but that's very high for the Cleveland market.I don't know what your talking about  Morris on his pod cast says that high end A class rentals are more work than low class Ds and low Cs because the tenants are more sophisticated and therefor more needy..

and simply not normal.just start competing against all the wholesaler there.. buy the low end crap and sell it to MOrris. 

Joe having been around these scenarios unfortunately many many times over the decades You do have those with Criminal intent day one HUSHPUPPY  and to an extent in my personal opinion Clayton Morris .. ( Morris not day one but he new the jig was up very early on and kept selling the same fraudulent properties)..
