John Anderson Ryan Murdock thanks for the responses...from my reading there is no "qualification" for a service animal anyway, besides for documentation from a health care provider.I am concerned that I may suddenly get additional requests for service animals, but I just want to make sure that proactively notifying other tenants of a service animal would not be any sort of privacy violation for the tenant with the animal.

That being said, most individuals with severe privacy concerns don't have social media.I see no legal ramifications for having this in the contract but in all honesty, are you really going to keep track of it?

The two reasons I am trying to set up the land trust is (a) privacy and (b) the beneficial interest I would be selling is considered personal property, not real property.

I also rented one room in my 2 bedroom rental in Airbnb, with permissions of the landlord, before María hurricane and had to reject offers because I needed some privacy during month but could have probably rented the whole month non-stop If I wanted.

I have doubts that this could be required in the lease, and I think the idea of me having remote access to their stuff could make come people concerned about privacy.  

For people worried about privacy and such, remember, you could be sued for not keeping your property secure too..
