I got this passed on to me, so please verify but from browsing the docs it seems HUD is considering making anyone that provides a loan a "licensed" mortagage provider:HUD extends timeframe for comments regarding proposed SAFE Mortgage Licensing ACT RulesHUD has proposed to eliminate ALL seller financing unless the seller lives in the home or becomes a licensed mortgage originator.

So after browsing BP today I took some time to look for any locals to connect with.

Interesting - although I haven't been looking quite as hard in those areas, I've been browsing from time to time and have neve run across any cabins in that price range in any of those areas.

I’ll have to start browsing those areas more so.

Hey everyone, My name is Dalton DesRoches and I have recently been browsing BP and looking more seriously at getting into real estate investing.

I have never done anything in the field of real estate besides watch youtube videos on real estate and browse Zillow in my free time. 

My first question is: Are there any other resources I can utilize to educate myself other than browsing the Internet?
