Im looking for recommendations on cameras, wifi systems, and other remote monitoring methods people have used to secure a property when managing a job out of town.Thanks in advance!

The way the market is right now with higher cost of capital is local banks and credit unions are much more likely to be monitoring loans that fall out of compliance and calling them due.

Oh and you city should be able to do a meter test, they will schedule a time when they will monitor the meter for an 1hr. they will shutoff the main value and see if water is still flowing. or they can take the meter out and test it to see if its faulty. 

I can't count the number of repairs on these after 4/4yrs of age unless it's in continuous use like in a commercial setting where use and maintenance is well monitored.

. ;-)  well, 1, my tv's dont have cameras. so the most that could be done could be reviewing data of what you watch. that data is already being sold. also, if you are that worried, dont use a smart phone, the carriers watch and sell that data. oh, and dont use the internet at home, that data is collected and sold too. you can drop way down a rabbit hole regarding this. and if i remember right, there isnt a privacy law. there is a privacy act of 1974, but technology didnt exist like it does now. so dont expect those lawsuits from TV's to happen anytime soonI'm not sure you read what I wrote.I said "Ah, but your renters may not feel the same and they have a right to privacy. "  i also read where you said "i would bet if STR hosts dont inform their guests that their TV is watching them, they are in violation of privacy laws" but as i mentioned, there are not any "privacy laws". so which contradiction am i supposed to monitor?

We let a whole generation grow up believing that getting their hands dirty was shameful, that henceforth the Republic would no longer be built by "men and women who are willing to work", as Whitman put it, but by a bunch of beaten-down schmos huddled in grim cubicle farms, sniveling about their papercuts and the tea selection in the break room, hoping their boss isn't monitoring how much time they piss away on Facebook. 

I am also thinking about writing a letter to the state’s water managers so I can gain insight on how they are able to monitor the amount of water underground and how they determine or earmark that water for certain communities.

They asked us for a mounted security camera without monitoring.
