Unfortunately, homes in the closest vicinity were hard to compare since the last sold house was 2008.

If you can not afford these places then go to the closest suburb or city to it. 

Windsor Hills and Oakwater Resort are the two safest because of the fact they are the two closest privately owned VR resorts to Disney World.
