The walls "look" like a stone, however the bead wasn't spread around so there's waves and squishes when you press on it.

I'd consider buying cash and refi if there's value to be added.

@brett begley In addition to what @Dave DeMarinis said, you should require in your lease to be added to the renters policy as an "Additional Interest". 

Below are some of the things we looked at, I am sure there are many more that need to be added to this list. - Topography: We walked the property all the way around and noted that it was a low point looking at the surrounding land.

I use to work for the state and it didn't matter who was truly at fault, it was a guarantee multiple state agencies would be added as a respondent (deeper pockets).

This issue I am running into is that the siding is smooth beaded siding.
