Attitude, professionalism, automaton, if big enough get own property mgment agent to be face.

If a vendor commits something and does not do it - worse if they have the attitude that they think they know better than me so their behavior is justified - that's how an amateur behaves and the vendor will be replaced then ushered to the door and they can take their attitude with them. 

It’s excellent to enter the GC business with this attitude, so stay in that mindset.I’m a lifer in construction that evolved to a GC then to design-build (design-remodel really).

The guys wife seems to be more emotionally stable, because he keep emailing me accusation after accusation saying I'm volatile, have a bad attitude and am defensive, etc.

So this lady landlord who my wife says has a bad attitude says no, she wants her to leave so she can rent to her friend.
