Knowing nothing behind the scenes of the project, I watched them rebuild the upstairs 2-4 times before settling on a design, it sat over the winter, they added another portion to the house, etc.Just as an observer who walks past the house often, it would appear they lack a proper start to finish plan for the work, which I believe is essential to avoid project creep.
