I rented my home in Oak Bluffs last summer and the cleaners the property manager used were "Maid on MV cleaning service" worked well for me i would consider them if you need a backup in the future. 

We are in a secluded area called Woodland Bluffs. 

We have a handful that we have financed with SBA Backing via Live Oak Bank with Terry Campbell (above) - but at the end of the day, it's still a loan backed by the real estate AND the income stream - Just like an office building, apartment building, Assisted Living Facility, etc.

They seem to be willing to call your bluff (at least until their equipment is sitting on the curb), so don't bluff, just do it.

Between SFO and OAK I can get non stops all the time at affordable rate (250-350 rt) or cheap if you go spirit/frontier.
