Tech jobs can be found all over the country, and perhaps taking a pay cut isn't such a bad idea if I can trade that for better culture, lower crime rates, better real estate opportunities, etc.Meeting up with a different friend involved in real estate to give me a different perspective, but so far I'm definitely holding to my guns.
