A culture of consequences is needed.

Yes, saving in a tin jar is not ideal, but for kids its important to teach the concept of delayed gratification (it's so missed in today's culture).

It’s about changing the culture of your tenants and training them how to work within the system you have created.

Tech jobs can be found all over the country, and perhaps taking a pay cut isn't such a bad idea if I can trade that for better culture, lower crime rates, better real estate opportunities, etc.Meeting up with a different friend involved in real estate to give me a different perspective, but so far I'm definitely holding to my guns. 

There has been a culture in Tucson to keep Tucson small, Tucson doesn't want to be a Phoenix.
