Attendance is usually 35-50.This month the scheduled speaker is a Battalion Chief from the City of Columbus, Division of Fire who will be discussing fire safety in rentals.You can also go online and find a website for COREE (Columbus Ohio Real Estate Entrepreneurs) which meets, I believe, the first Tuesday every month.

As a rising Senior in college who just launched a Marketing Agency with an already successful Entrepreneur in Harrisonburg, VA this is exactly the stuff that I am also looking for. 

I have been helping others to become successful RE investors and entrepreneurs and this is part of what is holding me back.  

This is my first post, so I hope this community of fellow entrepreneurs can shed some light.I am in the beginning stages of doing my first double close.

I am also an aspiring entrepreneur with the hopes of adding real estate guru to my belt of achievements.

Mark Kohler, a partner in the firm, has his own podcast that provides great educational content on tax and legal issues, and they work extensively with entrepreneurs and real estate investors in particular.

If  experienced  entrepreneurs and investors start mentoring those that are just starting out  maybe it would reduce the number of people looking to the government for  answers.  

Hopefully there may be some young entrepreneur in the future who will read my post and know that there is actually a chance for them too!

Since I became licensed in June of this year, I've been listening to Bigger Pockets constantly, reading books suggested on the podcast (& others), and trying to meet as many like-minded entrepreneurs as possible.
